Posting a Note on Facebook to Friends and Family

With so many people that can't live without Facebook now they are always posting notes and comments to family and friends and so many other people that it is like they don't have anything else to do. how do i post a note on facebook, well first you got to be friends with them and you can leave comments and notes for them. I am not a person to really use social sites since I have better things do with my time but my fiancée wanted me to create a Facebook page. I created one but only half of it and I haven't been back since. She was going to finish it but never did so it just sits there and I really don't care to go back since I have better things to do with my time beside social sites. I never liked the security for them anyway and would so many accounts being cracked I really don't want to have anything to do with it. So if you want to know anything about it as best you search for help.
