Being Health-Conscious Brings Your Hospital Bill Down

I am very health conscious. I have some problems like allergies and sinus. So in order to prevent or reduce my problems, I have to avoid some foods naturally. For example, doctor advised me to don’t take refrigerated foods. Also banana, milk, egg are also to be avoided. I've also combated stress by using hot tubs and steam rooms to unwind after a hard day's work.
To add to that, for past 4 years, I have consulted so many doctors and have taken so many medicines which have resulted in side effects like weight loose and skin shrinks. At last I came to a decision that to avoid allergy and sinus problems, it is better to avoid the foods which are not suitable for us than taking medicines. Keeping yourself fit makes you more confident and presents better for ever. Don’t eat whatever you want. Always eat what are all suits for your health conditions. Take fruits and vegetables daily as much as possible.
